En HARTMANN tu contribución también marcará la diferencia.Únete a nuestro equipo comoR&D Engineer para Wound Care Tu misión será investigar, desarrollar e innovar en nuevas tecnologías, materiales y productos para el tratamiento de heridas, así como dar soporte en la implementación y validación del proceso de industrialización colaborando con los departamentos de producción, ingeniería, compras y planificación.Desarrollarás proyectos de nuevos productos y mejoras, integrado a nivel internacional dentro de la Business División de Wound Care en la ejecución de la estrategia de proyectos de innovación y desarrollo y mejora de materiales de ámbito sanitario.Optimizarás aspectos de performance de producto, calidad, coste y tiempos de lanzamiento, vinculándolo a una rentabilidad y uso de recursos sostenibles para la compañía a partir del conocimiento en materiales, procesos y tecnologías.Asegurarás, en la gestión de proveedores para proyectos de R&D, que cumplan con los plazos óptimos de lanzamiento, grado de innovación del producto, calidad y costes.Definirás, desarrollarás y optimizarás los procesos de industrialización de nuevos productos/materiales en base a las normativas existentes.Asegurarás que las actividades correspondientes al desarrollo e implementación de nuevos materiales sean eficientes y en tiempo, incluyendo la planificación, evaluación y coordinación de pruebas de campo.Realizarás los reporting mensuales al responsable de R&D.Darás soporte en la evaluación de riesgos de productos sanitarios y el desarrollo de la documentación correspondiente.Darás soporte a los diferentes equipos para formar sobre el producto, los aspectos técnicos y testing a tener en cuenta durante la vida y hasta la retirada de mercado, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad bajo los principios de Alto Rendimiento, Orientación a Cliente y Equipo Apasionado.Requisitos Formación Universitaria en Ingeniería Química, Materiales, Industriales, Biomédica o Licenciatura en Ciencias Químicas, Biología, Ciencias afines a la Salud.Se valorará formación adicional Postgrado o Máster en I+D, Innovación, Tecnología de Materiales (adhesivos o plásticos).Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en puestos de desarrollo de producto, valorándose positivamente experiencia previa en el sector médico o de Adhesivos.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y habilidades de liderazgo.Aptitud para la comunicación y resolución de problemas.Orientación al cliente y alto rendimiento para formar parte de un equipo apasionado.Ganas de hacer que las cosas sucedan y afán por crecer.Beneficios Empresa internacional en constante evolución, con más de 200 años de historia
