Actualmente, con HQ en Barcelona, estamos buscando un  VP of People para uno de nuestros partners.
Misión: El   VP of HR con experiencia en start-ups que hayan crecido de forma considerable   (+400 personas).
Liderará la estrategia global de People, asegurando la selección, retención y desarrollo de equipos clave para sostener el crecimiento acelerado.
Supervisará al equipo de People, asegurando que las políticas y estrategias de la organización estén alineadas con los valores de la empresa.
El Rol: - Diseñar estrategias innovadoras para atraer, desarrollar y retener talento de alto nivel comprometido con nuestra misión y crecimiento.
- Diseñar planes para integrar los equipos de distintos países, localizaciones, asegurando una transición fluida y una cultura común.
- Promover una cultura de alto desempeño, mejora continua, colaboración y responsabilidad.
- A umentar el compromiso y la satisfacción de los empleados a través de iniciativas basadas en KPIs y métricas clave de HR y negocio.
- Definir y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación interna.
- Supervisar todas las funciones de HR, desde planificación y reclutamiento hasta desarrollo profesional, gestión del desempeño, compensación etc.. - Buscar continuamente herramientas y procesos innovadores que impulsen el crecimiento , incluyendo el uso de tecnologías emergentes como IA para optimizar decisiones basadas en datos.
Qué Necesitamos: 10 años de experiencia en posiciones relevantes en humanos, con al menos 5 años como VP de HR o similar.
(en empresas de + de  300 empleados).
Experiencia necesaria en scale ups o start-ups destacadas.
Perfil 360, con especial foco en growth,  gestión del ciclo de vida del empleado en todos sus ámbitos así como, desarrollo.
Experiencia liderando equipos de People deslocalizados.
(nacional e internacional)  Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno dinámico, con enfoque en resultados y habilidades para gestionar el cambio organizacional en empresas con estructuras complejas.
Experiencia gestionando equipos deslocalizados.
Excelente comunicación, acostumbrado a coordinar a distintos stakeholders y a trabajar con Dirección.
Inglés y castellano.
Qué ofrecemos: Contrato indefinido directamente por nuestro partner.
Salario competitivo en función de la experiencia aportada.
Bonus basado en el rendimiento del equipo y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Oficinas en Barcelona.
(esta posición requiere residencia fiscal en Barcelona).
Jornada híbrida: 2 días a la semana trabajo remoto y 3 en oficina.
