Se precisanTitulados de Grado o Máster de carreras científicas o tecnológicas y con vocación formativa para ejercer como Instructor de Operación PWR para la Escuela de Formación de Westinghouse en Hospitalet de l'Infant (Tarragona).Las principales responsabilidades del puesto son:Durante el periodo de formación inicial, se cualificará como Instructor de Operación de centrales de tecnología PWR como Ascó y Vandellòs II.Una vez cualificado, ejercerá como Instructor de Operación participando en todas las etapas del proceso de formación: análisis, diseño, desarrollo, impartición y evaluación de cursos de formación inicial y continua del personal de las centrales nucleares de Ascó y Vandellòs II, en diferentes entornos formativos (aula, simulador y planta).Podrá desarrollar funciones tanto de formación como de Consultoría de Operación y Apoyo Técnico a centrales generadoras de energía eléctrica.Se integrará en un equipo de trabajo orientado a resultados, con alta flexibilidad y autonomía, en constante comunicación y colaboración.Requisitos para optar a la vacante:Titulados de Grado Universitario o Máster de especialidades científico – técnicas (Ingeniería, Física...).Capacidad pedagógica y motivación por la formación.Disponibilidad para fijar la residencia en Hospitalet de l'Infant (Centro de Trabajo) o proximidades.Nivel de inglés B2.Disponibilidad para participar en otros proyectos de Westinghouse en el área nacional o internacionalCarné de conducir y disponibilidad de vehículo propio.Se valorará:Formación y experiencia en Tecnología Nuclear.Formación y experiencia en Protección Radiológica.Formación y experiencia en entornos digitales.Experiencia en centrales eléctricas o instalaciones industriales.Habilidades organizacionales como trabajo en equipo, capacidad de adaptación, orientación al cliente, flexibilidad, empatía e innovación.Nivel de inglés superior a B2.Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos y estancias en ubicaciones nacionales e internacionales durante la participación en proyectos de forma esporádica.#J-18808-Ljbffr
