Skills Experience with complex claims related to general liability and excess policies Strong analytical problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to conduct thorough research and investigations Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of mass tort claims and related areas Responsibilities Implement strategic plans for insurance recovery Conduct detailed research on claims and financial solvency of insurers Review and record information pertaining to filed claims Set up notification systems for claims and ensure compliance Analyze coverage issues related to commercial liability insurance Organize information about litigation costs across claims Communicate with clients and insurers to provide relevant information Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy Qualifications 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, insurer, or third-party administrator Proven experience with Long Tail Tort claims In-depth understanding of relevant claims areas (Asbestos, Toxic Tort, etc.)
