Con este indiscrutible liderazgo en la **Digitalización Informática y Servicios para la Agricultura, Ganadería y Bodegas,** estamos en la busqueda de dos (2) perfiles **Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)** apasionado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo de prospección.
En esta Revolución del sector Agrotech el **Inbound SDR** se encargará de gestionar y convertir los leads entrantes en oportunidades de venta calificadas, trabajando estrechamente con sus compañeros de equipo, el departamento de marketing y de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
**¿CUALES SERAN TUS MISIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES?
**
- Gestionar leads entrantes: Recibir y gestionar leads generados a través de campañas de marketing, formularios web y otras fuentes.
- Base de datos propia: Trabajar campañas de prospectos fríos en BBDD para calificar y detectar oportunidades
- Calificar leads: Realizar investigaciones y evaluar los leads para determinar su potencial y nível de interés.
- Comunicación inicial: Contactar con los leads por teléfono, correo electrónico, LinkedIn y otros canales para comprender sus necesidades.
- Mantenimiento de registros: Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de todas las interacciones con leads en el CRM de la empresa.
- Colaboración interna: Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y ventas para mejorar las estrategias de generación y conversión de leads.

**Requisitos**:
**Estamos buscando una persona con**:
- Experiência previa: en un rol similar de SDR, BDR o comercial, preferiblemente en un entorno B2B.
- Habilidades de comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Orientación a resultados: Fuerte orientación a resultados con capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos.
- Habilidades técnicas: Competencia en el manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
- **Elevado volumen de llamadas**: capacidad para gestionar gran cantidad de llamadas de forma perseverante y optimista.
- Trabajo en equipo: Facilidad para trabajar mano a mano con los compañeros
- Proactividad: Capacidad para tomar la iniciativa y trabajar de manera autónoma.
- Estudios mínimos**:Grado **(opciones académicas preferentes)
- Experiência mínima**:Al menos 1 año**:
- Idiomas requeridos**: Español - Nível Nativo o Bilingüe ademas de un **Inglés B2**:
- Profesionalidad, dinamismo y ganas
- **Residencia en Valencia**.

- Tienes experiência trabajando con CRM Dynamics y/o HubSpot
- Conocimiento del sector: Preferible conocimiento de la industria tecnológica o del sector primario (agricultura, ganadería o bodegas)
