col-wideJob Description:The Senior Clinical Trainer CGM (CTC) provides training and certification on sensor insertion and removal procedures as required. Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to organize all aspects of clinical training, certification and support required for ADC CGM products. Ensures all required reporting procedures are complied with in a timely fashion. Support the commercial organization as a CGM technology expert through interaction with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external), and as defined by the local country organization. Play as support and key contact person for the CTC back ups.**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:Build strong relationships with HCPs and clinical centers and work collaboratively with the country organizations to support the overall commercial strategy and operations (ex: patients/ commercial journey)Develop in depth clinical calls with KOL´s (aligned with sales) to reinforce Eversense positioning and commercial objective in this customer, make co-visits with KAS(Key Account Specialist) and sales teams to promote and discuss the product from Scientific and Clinical perspectiveEnsure clinical sales call with selected Endocrinologists after procedures (aligned with sales), to support sales objective**Manage the process of the training of HCPs including**: Provide training on sensor insertion and removal procedures to health care professionalsEnsure that physicians have completed full certification requirements before proceeding with patient insertions and removalsPlan, schedule and prepare all clinic for certifications an re-certification appointments.Manage all aspects of supplies needed for HCP training, certification and PWD trainingProvides direct feedback to the HCP if there is any post medical complaint and provides re-training if needed**Train the sales network on the company's products**: Design the ADC training plan in collaboration with CH and capturing Managers Team´s needs.Develop the Commercial Training Plan and trainings to prepare the Sales force & KAS´S to successfully execute the Commercial Plans working together with Country Head and Commercial Strategy. Special contribution in the National Sales meetingsWork collaboratively with the sales representatives to support sensor insertion and removal cases with local healthcare providers for training, certification and follow up; constantly monitors relevant feedback from the field and shares information with relevant stakeholders.Work closely with the marketing department participating in the review of brochures and educational materialsDocument customer interaction with HCP's in ADC CRM system and / or other systems as requiredFollow all relevant processes relating to complaint and adverse event reporting, collaborate with Costumer Service in dealing with customer complaints and troubleshootingKeep up-to-date on the latest clinical data relating to all relevant productsParticipates in local/regional projects/initiatives and maintains good and effective relations to colleagues and sales team.Act as the speaker in Congresses or Customers Meetings to provide the clinical and technical selling approachAct as internal and external product expert, support and enriches internal knowledge on the product and make sure all is aligned between the different departments (Sales, Costumer Service, Marketing) both National and Regional.Support continuous improvement on processes within the HCP and patient journeySupport and key contact person for the CTC back upsReceives periodic coaching from supervisor or other qualified professionals**QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES**:Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse or equivalentFluent in local language and English, both verbal and written communicationMinimum of 2 years professional experience in relevant field preferredMinimum of 1-year experience in surgical setting preferredMinimum of 1-year experience training or teaching healthcare professionals preferredProficient with standard Microsoft programsEntrepreneurial and pragmatic attitudeAble to manage complexityStrong communication skillsInterest in scientific and technical innovationsAbility to travel in a large geographical area
