You'll also enjoy a culture and benefits package that's made us one of the world's most awarded and progressive employers.What you'll doThe SOX Lead is expected to have a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis skills, knowledge of the COSO framework, and experience from SOX. This position is to build up and strengthen our SOX compliance within our Polestar Cluster team responsible for the reporting of several entities that fall under the U.S. jurisdiction. The Polestar Group headquarters are responsible for the SOX framework, and this role will be to interpret and put the controls into practice. As a SOX Lead, you will have the overall responsibility of overseeing the progress for all the controls, as well as being Control Owner for a number of Key Controls.You will be working closely with the Internal Control department at our headquarters, different stakeholders within the company, as well as the other Control Owners in the other teams and wider GAD community. This makes collaboration and trust vital to secure an efficient way of working and securing the reported figures
