En Smith+Nephew diseñamos y fabricamos tecnología que elimina los límites de la vida.Actualmente estamos reclutando un Business Development Specialist que desarrollará sus funciones en la unidad de negocio de Medicina Deportiva, especializado en rodilla.Esta persona estará basada en Barcelona, y gestionará el portafolio de esta unidad de negocio a nivel Nacional con foco noroeste de la península .En qué consistirá tu rol?Reportando al Business Development Manager del área de Sports Medicine, la misión de esta posición será la gestión del área de negocio a nivel nacional.Tu rol consistirá en desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (diseñar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias/acciones comerciales) con el objetivo de mejorar/ mantener el posicionamiento de la organización en el mercado y alcanzar los objetivos financieros marcados.Dar soporte técnico al resto del equipo comercial de la unidad de negocio en España, así como colaborar en el diseño e implementación de estrategias de Marketing.Tu función será clave para desarrollar la relación con instituciones y clientes target mediante la gestión hábil y honesta de redes de contacto y relaciones interpersonales.Detección de necesidades, desarrollo de negocio, gestión de proyectos comerciales y negociación, así como desarrollo de propuestas técnicas para concursos.Soporte al BDM en algunas de sus funciones como: Estrategia y gestión del portafolio de productos: lanzamientos, phase-outs, forecasting, control de CAPEX, gestión de congresos nacionales e internacionales, gestión del plan de formación de Red de Venas e implementación del plan de Medical Education.Qué necesitarás para tener éxito en tu nueva posición?Tendrás éxito en este nuevo reto si tienes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión, capacidad analítica y negociadora, eres capaz de planificar a corto y largo plazo y te gusta trabajar en equipoFormación y Experiencia Licenciatura o diplomatura relacionada con Ciencias de la Salud y/o Marketing.Experiencia en Marketing y/o Ventas en una empresa del sector (preferentemente artroscopia).Alto conocimiento del sector (productos, KOL, competencia...).Perfil técnico especializado en los productos asignados.Inglés fluido.Otras ConsideracionesTiempo completo.Alta disponibilidad para viajar en territorio nacional.Carné de conducir.You.
