SIS is headquartered in Zurich (Switzerland) and has an office in Madrid (Alcobendas) at Sika S.A.U..Our Service Line: SL ApplicationsThe Service Line Applications is managing the global non-SAP applications of Sika like Salesforce.Com, the web site (Adobe AEM), product information management (Hybris/Stibo), EDMS (Yuuvis), eShop (Hybris), the Microsoft power Platform plus the HCL Domino legacy applications and many more tools and platforms. We currently have a team of 25+ technical experts located in two sites (Zurich and Madrid), supported by a strong network of partners. The primary goal is improving the overall customer experience across all digital channels and customer touchpoints, both for internal and external customers of Sika.Exciting ChallengesBriefly About This PositionWe're looking for an experienced salesforce developer and architect for our team in Madrid who will be responsible for the development and architecture of our global salesforce org which hosts our Customer Identity and Access management system and other global processes using Sales, Service and Experience Cloud plus Pardot to name a few. You will be working with external partners that extend our development resources and deliver projects. We expect you to optimize our development process implementing modern development methodologies and technologies. Furthermore you will collaborate with the salesforce teams that manage the regional salesforce orgs of Sika. Existing and new integrations of the global salesforce org with external systems like SAP and with the regional salesforce orgs are also in scope of this position. We expect demonstrated experience with the salesforce platform and sound technical knowledge of general IT concepts and methodologies plus a hands-on attitude towards challenges.Develop solution designs to address challenges of the Sika business teams using salesforce technologies in the global salesforce org
