That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.
How you will contribute Collaborate and enable line leaders to meet SQCDSM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale) objectives for the lines, ensuring process stability.
Participate in DMS (Daily Management Systems) meetings at the shift and line level.Administer technology and process, having a deep technical mastery of these, as well as managing their core configuration.
Manage PM (Planned Maintenance) systems and work processes along with the progressive maintenance KPIs of the lines, along with the central technology management systems.
Manage the line's RyM (Repairs and Maintenance) budget.Develop, execute, and be responsible for preventive/on-time maintenance systems and plans for the lines and train the team to execute them; develop (at least 50% of the time) the technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working on shifts so they can operate and maintain their equipment independently; be part of the PM pillar, responsible for all PM systems and work processes at the line level and lead some of them at the department level.Collaborate with the asset and reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for change management on the line or lines, spare parts localization, proper failure analysis, and cost reduction of RyM for the line or lines; represent the department or lines as the site technology administrator in regional and global technology forums.Assist in the VSU of new initiatives and train the VSU team; help the line leader in benchmarking and internal and external reapplication; be the expert in one of the component categories and trainer on PM-related topics for the plant.What you will bring The desire to drive your future and accelerate your career along with the following knowledge and experience:
Advanced knowledge (including AM systems or autonomous maintenance step 4 and PM or progressive maintenance step 3) and ability to maintain dedicated equipment in basic conditions independently, including executing AM and PM standards (BD or breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) on dedicated equipment and TPM phase 3 and 4 tools for problem-solving.Ability to lead line positions, qualify and guide SWP next-level owners, and drive common opportunity areas on the line with a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust) approach.Ability to work as a line leader, developing and aligning the line's objective, deploying and managing team members' IDPs, training them in performance management and career development.More about this role Experience in handling, adjusting, and configuring electrical and electronic components, frequency converters, drivers, sensors, etc.Interpretation of electrical schematics, diagnosis, and repair of electrical failures using conventional tools.Programming knowledge, experience in diagnosing failures, and experience in modifying PLC programs from the following platforms: Step7 classic and wincc flexible.
Programming languages AWL, KOP, FUP, and to a lesser extent SCL.
TIA Portal, Safety, StartDrive, winCC.
