Our Strategic Business Development department is looking for a traineeThe Strategic Business Development department is focused on accelerating and supporting sales team execution excellence, and significantly growing value delivered to the customers through tools and analytics.There are 4 functional areas working closely together: Commercial Excellence, Customer Marketing Insights, CRM & Segmentation, and Commercial Transformation.This role depends on the Commercial Transformation Manager, who ensures that Pernod Ricard España delivers transformational programs focused on providing the sales organization with data-driven and commercial tools.In this role as a Commercial Transformation Trainee,you'll assist your manager in ensuring the successful implementation of commercial transformation programs.Your main responsibilities will be:Support commercial transformation programs assisting with tasks like PMO, training materials creation, field visit, and adoption tracking.Gather and analyze data to measure effectiveness, assisting in creating reports for various stakeholders.Liaise with Sales teams and communicate with neighboring functions such as IT.Learn PMO skills - gain foundational knowledge of project management, sales execution, and reporting.Develop industry knowledge by immersing yourself in the beverage industry.Build skills working on your ability to analyze data, extract insights, and communicate program updates.Required profile:Bachelor Degree, Master ADE, Business Administration, or Engineering.Work ethic and willingness to learn - this role requires a lot of support tasks, project management, and learning on the job.Attention to detail and data accuracy - this role involves data collection, analysis, and reporting.Communication and collaboration - this role involves interacting with various teams like Sales, Transformation, Data, and IT.Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Previous professional experience, ideally in commercial functions for Retail and FMCG industries or in Consultancy.1st professional experience welcomed.High level of English.Job Posting End Date: 2024-07-01Target Hire Date: 2024-07-01Target End Date: 2025-06-30#J-18808-Ljbffr
