The Department: As a Cyber Security Analyst at PayXpert, a fintech startup of around 100 people and a subsidiary of a major banking group, you will play a key role in securing our systems and data while ensuring compliance with strict financial regulations, including those from the ECB.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and Analyze Security Alerts: Continuously monitor security alerts and incidents using Microsoft 365 Security Center and other tools.
Analyze and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.
Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and perform remediation.
Security Incident Response: Lead the investigation and response to security incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
Security Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid understanding of Cybersecurity risk management and incident response.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 security products is a plus.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools is a plus.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory.
French is a plus but not required.
