En nuestras NIKE Retail Stores utilizamos nombres especiales para los puestos: cada store manager se

llama "head coach", cada store manager adjunto se llama "assistant head coach", cada manager de

departamento se llama "coach", cada líder de equipo se llama "lead" y cada empleado de ventas se llama

"athlete".

marca premium a nuestros clientes
- coordinar, asesorar y motivar a empleados de tu zona y garantizar un ambiente de trabajo excelente
- apoyar la gestión del trabajo diario en tu zona para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas (por ejemplo, con servicios

digitales, presentaciones visuales, en la sala de ventas o en campañas promocionales)
- identificar y resolver problemas en colaboración con tu store leader
- representar a la marca en las iniciativas de NIKE
- garantizar que la tienda cumple con todos los estándares y las directrices de NIKE

Más en concreto, la estructura de nuestra tienda consiste en los siguientes 3 funciones de lead: COMERCIAL
- apoyar a un equipo que puede recibir productos de forma eficiente, realizar inventarios precisos y cumplir

con los estándares de presentación
- garantizar que los procesos de todos los inventarios funcionan bien para que la sala de ventas esté siempre

llena, tenga una buena presentación y cumpla con los estándares de la marca
- trabajar con coaches de departamento que supervisarán los componentes individuales (recepción de

productos y presentación visual) mientras te encargas de estas labores
- estar a cargo de preparar las iniciativas de los lanzamientos mensuales a tiempo y ofrecer feedback de

forma periódica
- utilizar nuestras herramientas de informes con tu coach de departamento para tomar las mejores

decisiones comerciales
- dar ejemplo de cómo realizar un inventario preciso para completar los pedidos digitales EXPERIENCIA DE ATHLETES
- garantizar que el equipo cuenta con las herramientas para ofrecer experiências de athletes de la máxima (Objetivo)
- colaborar con coaches para programar actividades de NIKE Community Ambassador para fortalecer el equipo
- trabajar en el proceso de contratación e incorporación en colaboración con store leaders con experiência
- trabajar con tu store coach para implementar los horarios de la tienda la disponibilidad, la utilización y los envíos
- colaborar con el equipo de la tienda para implementar y mantener una cultura NIKE positiva EXPERIENCIA DE LOS CLIENTES
- dar ejemplo de cómo ofrecer nuestro servicio en la sala de ventas y animar la experiência de los clientes
- aportar recursos para que el equipo cuente con conocimientos de la marca sobre todos los aspectos del

servicio al cliente, como utilizar los servicios digitales
