Our client is a leading creditor protection insurer in Europe.Tasks During your day-to-day: - You will be in charge of the management of documentation - You will be scanning and validating necessary documents to process a claim - You will be sending letters to customers for the claims management (documentation request, follow-ups, closing…) - You will provide Customer service support: information about claim situation, insurance policy and other services - You will update the information in company systems - You will have other administrative tasks and collection management Requirements You are the person we are looking for if: - You have a native level of German and an advanced level of English - You have at least one year of experience in administration - You have MS office knowledge - Your have good communication skills - You have the ability to learn, analyse and resolve with criteria - You have eye for details - You are dynamic and pro-active - You are Customer Service oriented - You are organized, responsible and result orientated Benefits Competitive salary - Hybrid working model - Permanent contract with 6 months probation period - Working hours from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 - Team building activities - International and multilingual working environment.Talent Search People is an international recruitment and human resources consultancy founded in 2006 with the aim of finding talent and turning it into an opportunity.We are committed to multiculturalism and innovation.Thanks to our team of more than 70 professionals we carry out our mission and commitment to help, advise and accompany our partners in the process of attracting talent both nationally and internationally.
