A raíz de un proyecto universitario que comenzó hace tan solo 5 años, hemos pasado de preparar los primeros pedidos en nuestra habitación de la residencia a vender más de 10 millones de euros.Nuestra misión es inspirar a las personas a perseguir su pasión.Para lograr nuestra misión, estamos buscando a un/una Financial Plannerpara que se una a nuestro equipo.Como Financial Planning & Anlysis, tendrás la oportunidad de desempeñar un papel fundamental en la gestión financiera y estratégica de Nude Project. Serás responsable de analizar y pronosticar el desempeño financiero, identificar áreas de mejora y apoyar en la toma de decisiones clave para impulsar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio.¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?Preparar y analizar presupuestos anuales, pronósticos trimestrales y planes financieros a largo plazo.Realizar análisis de rentabilidad de productos, líneas de negocio y canales de distribución.Elaborar informes financieros precisos y oportunos para la dirección y otros stakeholders.Identificar tendencias financieras, problemas y oportunidades y proporcionar recomendaciones para mejorar el rendimiento financiero.Participar en la evaluación de proyectos de inversión y adquisiciones, incluido el análisis de sensibilidad y el retorno de la inversión.Mantener y mejorar modelos financieros existentes y desarrollar nuevos modelos según sea necesario.Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos, incluyendo Operaciones, Marketing y Ventas, para comprender y apoyar sus necesidades financieras.Contribuir al desarrollo y mejora continua de los procesos y sistemas financieros.¿Qué te hará triunfar con nosotros?Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en análisis financiero, preferiblemente en la industria minorista o de consumo, con un enfoque destacado en reporting financiero.Capacidad demostrada para preparar informes financieros detallados y claros.Conocimiento sólido de principios contables, análisis financiero y modelado financiero.Habilidades avanzadas en Excel y otras herramientas de análisis financiero.Experiencia en el uso de sistemas ERP, preferiblemente Oracle Netsuite, para la gestión y el reporting financiero.Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, gestionar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos ajustados.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para presentar información de manera clara y concisa.Orientación analítica y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera creativa.Ser real y auténtico/auténtica.Ir siempre más allá buscando la magia.
