Handle routine HR inquiries, managing to completionConduct HR transactions including: orientation, leaves of absences, exit meetings, etc.Process HRIS transactions, ensuring data integrity and qualityServe as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resourcesParticipate and assist with location eventsAssist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as neededDefine, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures, work processes and reportsCollect, analyze, and prepare visual HR related information such as the preparation of scorecards and dashboards as warrantedPerform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer serviceLOCAL:Absenteeism, overtime reports (KPI's HR)Hiring, onboarding and integrating a new employeeDefine all general HR Valladolid Plant Policies and adapt the organization structure when the Department structure changesSupport the payroll department through the calculation of some payroll lines and variablesMonitor the permits granted in the plant and the corresponding supporting documentsManage the Performance Management System to improve employee performance and developmentAdvise and lead the resolution of all collective internal issuesOrganize and use an Information and Communication System for all employeesObtain individual information about potential problems in the labor environment, conducting surveys and assessments to adopt necessary actions to adjust the personnel policy within the Company to avoid problemsDevelop and implement employee feedback systemsPRIMARY LOCATION: ValladolidAbout UsAdient (NYSE: ADNT) is a global leader in automotive seating.
