Could you be the full-time SERVICES TEAM LEADER in Madrid we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your TECHNICAL AND LEADERSHIP expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and talented teammates.
You'll be responsible of the Maintenance and Warranty signalling team for Mainline contracts (Trackside). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business ( Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistic, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality), organizing, planning and managing the warranty & maintenance activities, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of supervising the subcontracted services and managing the performance of the team, but also communicate with client.
