**Process engineer**

Aprovecha la nueva oportunidad que te ofrece HARTMANN en el** Área de Ingeniería**, en dependencia del Process Engineering Manager.

**Responsabilidades**
- Serás el experto en los procesos de línea de producción
- Desarrollarás diagramas de flujo de transformación y proceso
- Te asegurarás que todos los productos tengan definido un proceso productivo robusto
- Planificarás, liderarás y ejecutarás pruebas experimentales de desarrollo de procesos
- Definirás las condiciones de base (líneas centrales y medias) para los diferentes procesos (basándote en los resultados y análisis de EOs)
- Definirás el plan FAT con los proveedores de maquinaria de producción
- Liderarás/ participarás en la definición del plan general de CVQ para los proyectos asignados
- Dirigirás las guías de resolución de problemas de los procesos
- Prestarás apoyo en la resolución de problemas crónicos de los procesos
- Revisarás por pares de las Tarjetas de Fórmulas en colaboración con I+D
- Proporcionarás los requisitos del proceso a los proveedores para el diseño/ rediseño del material del equipo
- Contribuirás al plan de base técnica de los proyectos y al calendario de ruta crítica para el desarrollo y el trabajo de la línea principal
- Apoyarás a I+D en la planificación/realización de las pruebas de consumo necesarias
- Desarrollarás y ejecutarás planes de procesos de aprendizaje para el Departamento Técnico y de Operaciones
- Dirigirás los proyectos de costes de los pedidos internos
- Realizarás la función de ingeniero de fabricación en la gestión del ciclo de vida del producto (PLM)
- Serás solicitante/ owner de proyectos de la Junta de Control de Cambios
- Actuarás como solicitante de compra para el departamento de P&E

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Estudios superiores en el campo de la ingeniería técnica (química, mecánica, industrial) o similares
- Nível de Inglés y Español avanzado
- Se valorará positivamente experiência prévia en procesos productivos
- Se valorará positivamente experiência prévia en producto sanitario
