B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team at Nayak Aircraft Services in Barcelona.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance on aircraft, issuing certificates of release to service, and ensuring compliance with safety directives and safe working methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance on aircraft, including minor checks, daily-weekly checks, A-checks, and defect rectification.
  • Issue certificates of release to service after maintenance activities.
  • Follow internal procedures and rules, and complete all aircraft documentation in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • B1 License (EASA Part 66 Category B1)
  • High school leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Current EWIS, FTS, and HF certifications.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.

  • Fluent technical English language skills.
  • Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Continuous attitude of learning and improvement.
  • Driving license and clean criminal record.
