To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through facilitating informed and strategic decision making through the analysisand visualization of business-relevant data.YOUR CHALLENGE: Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with different departments to understandtheir needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Identify key areas forimprovement and optimization opportunities through data analysis.
Dashboard Design and Development: Create interactive and visually appealingdashboards to facilitate decision-making.
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to use,and tailored to end-users.
Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Data Extraction and Transformation: Obtain data from various sources (databases, ERPsystems, CRM systems, etc.)
and transform it into usable information.
Design andmaintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
Data Analysis: Perform complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, andanomalies.
Generate ad hoc reports to answer specific business questions.
Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of the data.
Implementand maintain an efficient and scalable data model.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use the dashboards.
Create documentation and user guides for the developedtools and dashboards.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor dashboard performance and make adjustments as needed.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in BI to continuously improveoffered solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the IT department and business areas to ensure alignment of technological and business objectives.
Facilitatemeetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommend actions basedon data analysis.
BI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's BI strategy.
Ensure BI solutions are aligned with the organization's strategicobjectives.
Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive processes to improve operationalefficiency.
Implement automatic alerts and notifications based on critical business data.

Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or a high-growth startup.
Computer engineering, computer CFGS or similar.Ideal Power BI Certification.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop application andthe Service, and Gateway).
Any other similar BI tool such asTableau, SAS, Qlik, Sisense, Oracle Analytics Cloud,MicroStrategy or Microsoft Excel would be beneficial.
Be familiar with data sources, data warehouses, data models,data quality, data visualization and data security.
Be able to use SQL, Python, R or otherprogramming languages to manipulate and analyze data.
Be aware of the latest trends andinnovations in BI, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligenceand big data.
Excel skills with Power Query and Data Modelling Underlying awareness of SQL Server, or any other DatabaseManagement systems Knowledge of SAP solutions An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.
Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
