The studio has achieved impressive success in the mobile puzzle games genre. Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team.Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development. The largest games produced by ZephyrMobile: Get Color, Nuts and Bolts, Hey Color, Math Crossword.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Game Designer who is interested in creating puzzles, who is ambitious and ready to work hard and passionately to ensure that the products made by his team are actively played by tens of millions of people. We are looking for a specialist confident in his skills with experience of successful launch and development of games.Your responsibility will be to continue to develop existing titles and launch new projects.Key Responsibilities:Thinking through concepts for new games (with input from producers);Working with the current portfolio of puzzle games;Clearly articulating their thoughts in the form of game designer documentation;Working on game balance;Running A/B tests to test hypotheses;Analyzing the results of updates/experiments;Interacting with design, development and marketing teams.Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise3+ years of experience in a Game Designer role in mobile games (preferably in casual genres, female audience age 30+);Ability to create engaging core gameplay;Ability to manage gameplay dynamics and understand the impact of visuals on the game;Ability to devise and create core-loop gameplay;Implemented turnkey features from concept to operation;Ability to work with product analytics;Experience managing a product development team;Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games;Experience in mobile games market research;Prototyping / Development / LiveOps;Confidence in Unity;Understanding of mobile games UX.Will be a plus:Experience working on puzzles;Experience managing a team.Working at Tripledot20 business days holiday: Enjoy 20 days of paid holiday plus bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year.Hybrid Working: We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice.20 business days fully remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, 20 days of the year.Continuous Professional Development: Propel your career with continuous opportunities for professional development.Private Medical Cover: ensure your health is in good hands through private health insurance.Sport Compensation: Stay fit and active with our sport compensation benefit.Taxi to compensate for travel to the office.English Classes: Enhance your English skills with our provided English classes.Lunch: Relish daily provided lunch to keep you fueled and focused.
