En nuestro equipo de strategy tu misión consistirá en el diseño de estrategias del dato y planificación de una hoja de ruta que permita a las empresas converger hacia un modelo de organización Data-Driven. Trabajarás como un agente de transformación dentro de las compañías líderes a nivel mundial. Ayudarás a nuestros clientes en la definición de un plan estratégico y Data Driven manejando eficazmente las políticas de negocio, procedimientos, roles y responsabilidades. Participarás en proyectos de innovación donde tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar mano a mano con referentes en Strategy & Data Governance a nivel mundial. Trabajarás para empresas líderes multinacionales. ¿Cómo lo conseguirás? Evaluando, definiendo e implantando un framework de gobierno del dato, diseñando procesos y políticas de gobierno, modelo operativo de roles y funciones, un catálogo de datos, programa de formaciones y gestión del cambio. Al ser un área transversal tendrás una visión global del negocio y podrás ayudar y dar oportunidades a otras áreas. Estando actualizado en las últimas tendencias tecnológicas en el ámbito de Data & Analytics para poder ofrecer las mejores soluciones a nuestros clientes. ¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición? Experiencia de3 a 10 años en el campo de la consultoría como gestor de proyectos, aportando experiencia en el área de Data & Analitycs. Formación en Ingeniería, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, gestión de proyectos etc. Trabajamos en entornos ágiles, por lo que valoramos que cuentes con Certificación Scrum máster y/o SAFe. Si tienes conocimiento enherramientas de gobierno del dato como Collibra o Informática así como en el framework de DAMApara ayudar a nuestros clientes a lograr inteligencia de datos y desbloquear el valor de los mismos sería genial.
