About the role We are delighted to announce that we currently are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Fixed Assets to join our team in Spain. Located in our distribution centre in Valderas, you will collaborate closely with site leaders, engineering, and operations teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules for all fixed assets. Your primary goal will be to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of these assets.

Key Accountabilities Maintenance Scheduling: Work with site leaders and engineering teams to create and implement effective maintenance schedules for fixed assets.
Operational Efficiency: Assess and enhance operational efficiency, providing recommendations for improvements or resource reallocation based on needs across Spain.
Compliance: Ensure all assets comply with relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements in Spain.
Safety Collaboration: Maintain close relations with the safety team to conduct regular inspections, certifications, and audits to uphold safety standards.
Capital Management: Oversee the management of capital resources to optimize asset utilization.
Business Improvement: Drive business improvements by delivering savings, ensuring governance, and optimizing processes.
Qualifications Degree in and/or equivalent experience required in a technical discipline. Qualifications in project management or other relevant discipline is highly preferable.
Proven experience in asset management and maintenance scheduling.
Critical experience in electrical and electronic systems and qualifications in and/or equivalent experience in these technical disciplines.
Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards, especially in explosives and hazardous materials.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
