**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Dirigir y motivar a tu equipo para alcanzar los objetivos individuales y de la tienda.
- Predicar con el ejemplo en la tienda y en la trastienda.
- Ser responsable de seguir las directrices de la empresa en cuanto a políticas y procedimientos, merchandising visual, comercialización, control de existencias y prevención de pérdidas.
- Gestionar la ejecución de la herramienta "retail game changer" en la tienda.
- Analizar el rendimiento global de la tienda y tomar decisiones y realizar ajustes para aumentar la productividad y la eficiencia.
- Proporcionar satisfacción total al cliente a través de nuestro modelo de servicio e impulsar las ventas a través de la experiência del cliente, utilizando técnicas de venta avanzadas para lograr resultados.
- Coordinar los turnos y la programación de la tienda.
- Minimizar las pérdidas aplicando, supervisando y haciendo un seguimiento de todos los procedimientos de prevención de pérdidas.
- Ser responsable del mantenimiento de las normas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente en la tienda.
- Gestionar las operaciones de RR.HH. en la tienda: contratación, incorporación, relaciones con los empleados, nóminas, gestión del rendimiento, formación y desarrollo del equipo de la tienda.
- Tramitar consultas y ser una vía de escalada para las reclamaciones de los clientes.
- Compartir de forma proactiva los comentarios internos y externos con la alta dirección.
- Realizar cualquier otra tarea que requiera la alta dirección.

**REQUISITOS PARA EL ÉXITO**:

- Trabajador en equipo.
- Experiência demostrada en gestión de personal y liderazgo.
- Experiência previa deseable en venta al por menor.
- Demostrar aptitudes de atención al cliente.
- Conocimiento de los procedimientos de prevención de pérdidas.
- Pasión por el comercio minorista y la consecución de objetivos de ventas, con un alto conocimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento del comercio.
- Ganas de aprender.
- Capacidad de realizar operaciones matemáticas básicas y procesos operativos generales de venta al por menor.
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de caja registradora de los puntos de venta.
- Excelente atención al detalle.
- Capacidad de comunicación eficaz.
- Inglés fluido.
- Conocimiento del mercado minorista y de las tendencias de consumo.
- Comodidad con la gestión a distancia.
- Horario de trabajo flexible, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.
