**¿Qué buscamos?
**
Buscamos un/a Portfolio Manager para integrarse en el equipo de la DT Madrid.
La persona seleccionada será clave durante el proceso de soporte de diseño, implantación y seguimiento de la estrategia de negocio, así como garantizar la rentabilidad técnica de los productos.
Tu día a día consistirá en:
- Diseño, elaboración, implantación y mantenimiento de dashboards dirigido al soporte de las áreas de negocio.
- Elaboración de requerimientos funcionales de tarifas para su mecanización en las aplicaciones correspondientes.
- Definición de mejoras de las tarifas actuales a las nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- Colaboración con el área de Suscripción para adecuar la tarifa a reglas de negocio y validaciones existentes.
- Dar soporte al área de pricing en las decisiones de precio de cartera.
- Gestionar el flujo y calidad de datos actuariales relevantes para asegurar un output robusto.
- Análisis, modelización y seguimiento de la conversión y retención.
- Análisis de la competitividad de precios del mercado, para la toma de decisiones.
- Análisis evolución nuevo negocio y cartera (todos los indicadores técnicos de seguimiento del negocio).
**¿Qué necesitamos?
**
- Imprescindible proveniente de aseguradoras o distribución de directo (venta digital).
- Experiência mínima 5 años en funciones de Pricing o Portfolio Management
- Grado universitario en Ciencias Actuariales, Matemáticas o Estadística.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Conocimiento de los indicadores de negocio asegurador.
- Usuario avanzado en software de modelización de tarifas (preferentemente Emblem y Radar) y bases de datos.
- Se valorará conocimiento en técnicas de machine learning.
- Usuario avanzado de programación en SAS, R y/o Python.
- Inglés hablado y escrito nível alto (imprescindible).
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y habilidad de relación con clientes internos.
- Autonomía en la toma de decisiones.
- Responsabilidad de procesos completos.
