The role involves communication with the network, contributing to the implementation of trading best practices, providing administrative platform support, and applying guidelines.
The scope includes all digital trading activities, with a major focus on programmatic paid social and paid search executions.To achieve these objectives, the candidate will foster strong relationships with local biddable teams and demonstrate excellent support and coordination skills.The Global Biddable Executive is not expected to be an expert in biddable practices but should develop knowledge of digital practices across operational aspects such as bidding systems, supply path management, and buying platforms like DSPs or SMPs, including account setup.This role reports to the Global CoE Trading Excellence Director based in Spain.Job ResponsibilitiesCoE Trading Platforms Administration: Responsible for managing biddable platforms within the CoE scope to support local teams and traders with setup, structure, access, and maintenance.Guideline Implementation: Support the application of global guidelines in biddable trading across markets and the CoE.Request Management: Act as the first point of contact, filtering requests and directing them to the appropriate teams.Training & Support: Coordinate with the Global Biddable Team and media partners for platform training sessions.Network Communication Management: Engage with clients and local markets to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.Campaign Troubleshooting: Follow up with CoE traders and managers on campaign issues.Innovation & Product Development: Stay informed about new developments, including custom algorithms, conversion APIs, and supply path management, to support the CoE team with updates and opportunities.Activity Monitoring: Create dashboards to monitor all biddable activities, and generate regular reports to ensure campaign quality and performance.Qualifications & Experience0-2 years of experience in media planning or media trading.Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot Tables, with strong analytical skills.Ability to take initiative and work efficiently and independently.Interest in emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction at all organizational levels.Additional InformationContract Type: PermanentAt Havas, we are committed to equal opportunities and prohibit discrimination based on age, sex, race, ethnicity, disability, or other factors unrelated to job performance.
