Continue reading and apply for this exciting opportunityThe Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's information security program, ensuring the protection of data and IT/OT systems across all business units. In this role, you will work closely with global and local teams, including IT, HR, Operations, Engineering and legal departments, to implement and maintain robust security measures.In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Implement and manage a hierarchical governance program.Develop, implement, and ensure consistent application of security policies and awareness training across all departments.Oversee a comprehensive information security program, providing risk mitigation directives and managing project security.Create and maintain an up-to-date information security management framework and risk-based control framework for global compliance.Build internal and external networks with security experts, business executives, industry peers, and partners to maintain a strong security posture.Assess and mitigate information security risks in the supply chain, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Oversee the SOC who manages security incidents, co-develops disaster recovery policies, and coordinates incident response plans.To be successful in this role, you have:Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field.5+ years of experience in information security management and governance.Deep understanding of information security frameworks.Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.Fluency in English
