Wir suchen einen passionierten und dynamischen Distribution Manager (m/w/d), der mit Begeisterung unser Netzwerk an Distributoren in seiner Region betreut, aktiv weiterentwickelt und maßgeblich zum Wachstum von Hornetsecurity beiträgt
Wenn du für IT-Sicherheit brennst, ist diese Stelle ( remote/ zu sofort ) perfekt für dich
Aufgaben Du betreust und entwickelst ein Netzwerk an Distributoren in der dir zugeordneten Region und bist für die operativen vertrieblichen Aktivitäten zuständig.
Du verantwortest die Steigerung des Umsatzes für alle dir zugewiesenen Distributoren und fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen unseren verschiedenen Sales Teams und unseren Distributoren.
Du erstellst relevante Forecasts und definierst konkrete Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung in der dir zugeordneten Region.
Du gewährleistet die Nachverfolgung aller Prozesse und die Bereitstellung geeigneter KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Messung der Ergebnisse.
Du koordinierst und führst eine regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Hornetsecurity-Vertrieb und den Vertriebsteams der Distribution.
Du stellst sicher, dass die Distributoren die vertraglich vereinbarten Ressourcen für Vertrieb, Presales, Support und Marketing zur Verfügung stellen.
Du planst in enger Abstimmung mit dem Head of Distribution Management Marketingaktivitäten für neue und bestehende Partner einer Distribution.
Du koordinierst und gewährleistet die Weiterverfolgung und Verteilung aller Leads aus den Kampagnen bis hin zum Abschluss.
Intern arbeitest du mit den Vertriebs-, Marketing- und technischen Teams zusammen - Nach außen vertrittst du das Unternehmen als persönlicher Ansprechpartner.
Qualifikation Du bringst durch deine Ausbildung, dein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ein solides IT-Know-How mit, idealerweise aus dem Bereich IT-Security oder Cloud Services.
Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT oder technischer Anwendungen und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe IT-Lösungen und betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse.
Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und trittst gegenüber Partnern und Kunden – sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache – kompetent und sicher auf.
Du bist in gewissem Maße reisebereit und hast Spaß daran, Kunden und Partner in Präsentationen und Verhandlungen von den Hornetsecurity Services zu überzeugen.
Du überzeugst mit deiner gewinnenden Persönlichkeit und arbeitest gern in einem internationalen Team.
Du motivierst dich durch deine eigenen Erfolge und verfolgst deine Quartalsziele mit Leidenschaft.
