We are a company that stays true to our values: human focus, professionalism, humility and entrepreneurship.For more information about Ravago and our comprehensive range of products and services, please visit ravago.Com.ScopeIT department – department IT-infrastructureRegional or global IT projectsMain ContactsContact with every employee with IT related hardwareReports to: Global IT Engineer Manager or/and regional Service Delivery ManagerPurpose of the roleTo expand, plan and maintain the IT-infrastructure, to design and implement new applications in the IT-environment and to resolve structural problems in order to ensure that the continuity and efficiency of the IT-infrastructure meets the needs of the organization and in order to guarantee its optimum availability and adherence to agreed service levels.RequirementsFocus on Networking, Firewalls, Wireless & SD Wan.Experience in Aruba Cloud, Palo Alto & Cato NetworksDesign and implement new offices. SDWAN, VPN, Firewall Rules, security and cloud provider management.Low-Level Design of the branch offices. Definition of the Hardware and cabling standards.Migration of branch offices: Installation and configuration of Firewalls, Switches and Access-Points of the migrated branch offices.Standardization of the processes: runbooks, documentation, designs, etc.Fluent English, preferred SpanishWell organized and able to analyze an IT problem in a short timeframeUser oriented, customer focusMotivated to help people with IT problemsGood communicatorCapable to understand and accept the impact on the businessLove to work in a team, remote & onsiteMin. Bachelor ICT or similar by experience (+5 years)15% availability for Europe travelPrincipal responsibilities/tasksOffer second line support for incidents in order to restrict and prevent an interruption of the IT services.Investigate the IT environment in a proactive and discerning way in order to make the necessary proposals for improvement in due time.Install and update procedures and design configurations in order to offer the necessary tools to the first and second line to ensure the stability of the environment within the agreed service levels.On a rotating basis, help ensuring a continuous service order to guarantee the agreed service levels.Be responsible for technical realizations and take care of the necessary installations and configurations of the hard- and software in order to implement IT infrastructure in a successful way
