Il s'agit d'un poste à la fois stratégique et très opérationnel. Le Senior Product Manager reportera directement à notre CPO et encadrera une équipe de 2 Product Managers en favorisant un environnement collaboratif et exigeant. Inspirant(e) et méthodique, tu sauras insuffler une énergie en ligne avec les objectifs et la stratégie de la société. Tu permettras à toute l'équipe de voir plus loin, de grandir et d'anticiper les développements qui feront les succès de demain. 1/ Définition et exécution de notre roadmap produit Définir la roadmap de développement produit pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise, en combinant à la fois les projets internes et les évolutions du produit pour le client. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes internes pour assurer des stratégies produit cohérentes. Identifier les attentes et besoins de nos clients : benchmark, tests utilisateurs, feedbacks internes et de nos clients. Prioriser les différents projets de façon très pragmatique afin de créer au plus vite le maximum de valeur pour nos clients. 2/ Gestion de la production Superviser et prendre part à l'ensemble du cycle de vie du produit, depuis la conception jusqu'à la mise en production.
