Como (Senior), Consultor de Empresas eres responsable de la preparación, ejecución y gestión de proyectos en todo el mundo. Serás la cara de la organización y un primer punto de contacto, desde la venta hasta la implementación completa de nuestras aplicaciones de software.
Tus tareas consistirán principalmente en:
Gestión de proyectos principalmente en España, pero eventualmente en todo el mundoGestión de cuentas para construir una relación sólida con los clientes existentes.Creación de informes de visitas a clientes y seguimiento de las acciones.Informar a los accionistas del proyectoGenerar y gestionar proyectos utilizando herramientas y metodologías probadas.Orientación a los clientes durante la instalación de software y hardware.Creación de descripciones de procesos y manuales de usuario personalizadosProporcionar formación de la aplicación de nuevas funciones relevantes para cada instalación.Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de la migración de datos desde sistemas heredados.Análisis de las deficiencias entre el sistema heredado y los productos y servicios de ABS. Servir de enlace con los recursos internos para encontrar soluciones adecuadas para cada brecha identificadaPrueba y documentación de software recientemente desarrollado.Fluidez en español e inglés. Francés y / o italiano es una ventaja.Voluntad de trabajar en toda EuropaServicio orientado al clienteExcelente pensamiento analítico e inventivo con atención a los detallesHabilidades efectivas de comunicación y presentación.Jugador de equipo fuertePersonalidad proactiva con ganas de aprender.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, Prince2)Experiencia en la implementación de aplicaciones logísticas / ERP será una ventajaTe ofrecemos un trabajo a tiempo completo con la oportunidad de crecimiento profesional y personal dentro de una empresa internacional.
