This position reports to Digital Lead - Regional
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions and the adoption of digital platforms into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal to improve productivity and efficiency. You will also help customers achieve their solution goals by leveraging your domain expertise and knowledge of ABB's digital solutions.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role contributes to the cybersecurity department in the Energy division of the Process Automation business line in Spain. Main stakeholders are clients and the sales department.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Technical Sales Support: Identify customer needs to demonstrate and articulate the features of the digital solution and how it best suits them.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Participate in the assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle covering digital opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, discovery, value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC/Pilot, solution deployment, and post go-live support.
Innovation and Creativity: Engage in ideation workstreams, from identifying needs to validated development with cross-functional teams of Digital software engineers, User Experience, and subject matter experts for Value Creation.
Collaboration: Work with sales, product management, solution architects, and development teams for future planning, feature development, and support of product deliverables.
Knowledge Transfer: Coach customers to effectively utilize digital solutions and achieve their goals by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge of ABB's digital solutions.
Qualifications for the role You have 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity. ISA – 62443 Cybersecurity Expert Certification is highly valued.
You possess enhanced knowledge of cybersecurity, mainly in operation technologies.
You are passionate about sharing technical knowledge with different stakeholders and have ease in communication.
You hold a degree in computer sciences, IT systems, cybersecurity, or a similar field.
You are fluent in English and Spanish.
You hold a current Spanish work permit.
