Buscamos un/una IT Helpdesk/Workplace Technician para incorporar en el equipo de Workplace de uno de nuestros clientes ubicado en el centro de Madrid.
Serás encargado/a de identificar, registrar e intentar resolver incidencias o peticiones de un cliente internacional siguiendo los protocolos definidos.
También te encargarás de la configuración y mantenimiento de equipos en el ámbito del puesto de trabajo digital: plataformado, asistencia remota y gestión del inventario.
Así como la configuración, instalación, alta y soporte de diferentes aplicativos.
**Funciones**
- Registro, seguimiento, evaluación y escalado de incidencias.
- Resolución de Incidencias documentadas.
- Atención y soporte a usuario.
- Configuración de equipos.
- Instalación, configuración y soporte de diferentes programas.
**Requisitos mínimos**:
- Más 2 años de experiência profesional, 1 de ellos en proyectos de gestión de puesto de trabajo.
- Conocimientos en atención a usuarios, gestión de incidencias y peticiones.
- Conocimientos Office 365 a nível de puesto de trabajo.
- Conocimientos en el soporte y configuración de equipos del puesto trabajo (Windows, iOS, Android).
- Conocimientos de herramientas de Ticketing, preferiblemente Jira.
- Conocimientos de plataforma de MDM (Intune).
- Conocimiento en tecnologías de gestión automatizada de software.
- Capacidad de Organización.
- Empatía y buena presencia.
**Se valorará**
- Conocimientos Microsoft Active Directory, políticas, GPOs.
- Scripting.
- Conocimientos de Directorio Activo.
- Conocimiento de Citrix y VMware.
- Nível C de inglés.
