You will work closely with the Finance Department on all tax affairs of the Desigual foreign companies.In more detail, your role will entail…Direct taxationProvide tax advice and support on various HQ business projects to other functional areas within the Group, being the point of contact for other departments and external advisors/providersManage daily tax affairs in all the countries where the Group has its presence, with a strong international market focusPrepare and/or review CIT provisions and the tax section of the Annual Accounts of both the national and the international subsidiaries, mainly in Europe, but also in NAM and AsiaGive support on the tax compliance process of all our international foreign subsidiaries working closely with our Administration department and external Big 4 service providersDealing with local tax advisors when their support and/or advice is requiredCoordinate income tax audits, working closely with tax advisorsLeadership with tax planning, tax risk and providing tax strategy for the GroupAnalyse and evaluate strategic and operational decisions versus corporate and tax regulations for all Desigual entitiesImproving and implementing global processes across the organization to ensure tax obligations are metReacting efficiently to global legislative changes and creating systems and processes to ensure compliance.
