We ensure our services provided are consistent with the principals of treating customers fairly and conform to all regulatory requirements.
Our finance team ensures payments are expedited to medical facilities and suppliers through our established international network ensuring effective cost containment, whilst offering a bespoke reporting process for Underwriters including claims float management.Main Responsibilities:To support and understand claimants needs to best offer professional advice to solve medical and travel issues in an empathetic manner.Validating cover with third party insurers (i.E.
issue/cover dates, excesses, medical screening and optional cover add-ons).Liaising with Hospitals, Medical Centres and third-party Agents (i.E.
cost containers).Arranging international repatriations (i.E taxis, flights, hotels, road ambulances, air ambulances, medical escorts).Sending guarantees of payments (GOP) to third parties.Ensuring claims are validated in line with the terms and conditions of the relevant policy wording.Monitoring and ensuring workflows are consistently maintained and up to date.Provide guidance and advice to less experienced Case Managers.Fluent English is required and at least one other language.WORKING DAYS & HOURS: This role is shift based working 40 hours a week from Monday to Sunday - usually over 5 x 8 hour shifts or 4 x 10 hours shifts.
All fully trained staff will be required to work some night shifts and some weekends.This position is available for immediate start and will be based in Malaga close to the Justice Courts from early 2025, however the start and initial training will take place in our current premises in Coin until the move takes place into Malaga.#J-18808-Ljbffr
