4+ years of experience in Physical Security and Corporate Security.- 4+ years of experience working with security technology including access control & CCTV systems.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a good working knowledge of Excel.- Good analytical skills.- Good leadership skills and experience.- Ability to handle confidential information with care.- Ability to integrate into an international work environment.- Must be prepared and have the ability to work shifts including night shifts.- Driver's license and access to a car.- B2 minimum English level.Job SummaryAt Amazon, we believe that every day is still day one—a day to take a first step, to look forward to new challenges, and to be part of something great.For our data centers in Huesca, we are looking for Data Centre Security Managers (DSM) to manage our day-to-day security guarding operation and the Security Control Room.The DSM is responsible for the execution of the Security Program in the Data Centre cluster, providing on-site direction and guidance to the contract security officers to ensure proper execution and enforcement of security policies and procedures set forth by AWS.Responsibilities- Respond swiftly and calmly to security situations as they arise, based on the direction of the Regional Security Manager/Security Site Lead.- Support the on-site contractor Security team as the primary security contact during the shift and provide guidance based on existing AWS Physical Security Standards and local SOPs.- Report all unusual events to the Cluster Security Manager in a timely manner.- Provide guidance and direction to contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security department.- Produce and modify Amazon identification badges using a computer-based badge program.- Coordinate with Security Operations Center (SOC) to problem-solve badge issues.- Proficiently utilize and monitor the access control and alarm monitoring system in use (LENEL) and the integrated CCTV monitoring system.- Efficiently cooperate and coordinate with the Security Operation Center (SOC) during security incidents or any other security-related matter.- Develop specific knowledge of the various operational process paths within the Data Center to identify security exposures and effectively conduct investigations.- Monitor the Data Center for compliance with company security policies and respond to any security issues noted.- Perform various security inspections, audits, and investigations as required and as instructed.- Use the information gathered to complete detailed computer-based incident reports.- Capable of learning and using company tools for data gathering for security purposes and data analysis.- Gather security metrics regularly and present them in different forums.- Own the security posture of your assigned building and the associated administrative tasks (e.g., raising purchase orders, clearing invoices).- Ability to work and travel as required by business needs, including weekends and various shifts.- On-call service every three weeks.- Act as CSM proxy when needed.- Work with peers in other geographic regions and travel as required by Amazon.Key Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Center Security Manager, you own the security posture and administrative tasks of the building you are assigned. This includes discussing and investigating incidents daily, raising purchase orders, validating invoices monthly or on demand, gathering data on alarms and malfunctions daily, presenting statistics with metrics and indicators, and developing plans to act based on those metrics to minimize alarms.- 4+ years managing contract guard force.- Professional Identity Card (TIP) as security director qualification or willing to obtain one.- HPS clearance up to confidential level or willing to obtain one.- Trained on data analysis and visualization systems such as Microsoft PowerBI or equivalent.
