Job description : To support this growth we're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager in Madrid, who'll be responsible for our marketing mix in both Spain and Portugal.
It's the perfect role for someone who likes to be responsible for a wide range of projects, have a great sense of ownership, and always looking for better ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun bunch of people.
And not to forget, to work for an inspiring B Corp.
Your role :
You'll be responsible for : Developing the perfect activation plan, including creative, media, experiences, and in-store;Managing our drinker communication (responding to emails, answering messages on social);Knowing the portfolio in your markets and making recommendations (e.g.
new products, new formats, new channels);Creating the monthly performance overview for Spain, analyzing the success of our activations and ranges;Making sure all our product launches in your markets are a success;Aligning with the commercial team, to have marketing and sales working in harmony.You'll also : Work in close collaboration with the communication, category management, trade marketing and sales teams;Work with the Group (in short, the marketing team at the headquarters in London) and with all the different countries where we're selling our healthy little drinks.What you'll need : We are looking for someone with a first good experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG, with a creative spark combined with good communication skills;You have excellent project management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time;Creativity is a passion, and you love working with agencies to deliver great work that truly breathes the innocent brand;You're comfortable working with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and know how to use it to make the right decisions;You're a confident self-starter with passion and enthusiasm and have the ability to sink your teeth into projects and show great people skills;You're proactive, and able to deliver in a busy environment, great with others and able to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners;You speak Spanish as a native speaker and have proficiency knowledge in English; Speaking Portuguese is a real big plus;Add some flair, intelligence, humor and a sense of teamwork to the above, and there you have our perfect candidate.Additional information : Type of contract : Full-time fixed-term contract (1 year)
Starting date : As soon as possible, ideally from the 1st of April
Location : Madrid
