Misión

El Recruiter Manager tiene la responsabilidad de liderar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de talento, con un enfoque en perfiles más senior y estructurales. Su misión principal es identificar y atraer talento de los perfiles de mayor complejidad, utilizando estrategias de headhunting y colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de recursos humanos para cualquier labor del departamento.

Responsable de Negocio Corporativo & Hiring Manager
Funciones y responsabilidades
Recoger la descripción del puesto con los manager internos responsable del proceso de selección.
Publicar en diferentes webs de empleo, escuelas, etc.
Realizar entrevistas curriculares y por competencias.
Realizar seguimientos periódicos de los perfiles incorporados.
Ayudar a construir procesos internos de recursos humanos que establezcan rutinas para evaluaciones del desempeño, one to one, de los diferentes equipos, managers con Evaluaciones 360, autoevaluaciones.
Ayudar al equipo de HR con las diferentes peticiones de empleados.
Tomar el pulso a los diferentes equipos para detectar mejoras de comunicación entre ellos.
Potenciar nuestro ambiente y cultura con nuevos procesos, con propuestas originales

Experiência
Experiência en consultoría y de RRHH. Experiência mínima de 6-8. años.
Experiência trabajando con algún ATS de reclutamiento (Bizneo, Epreselec, Talent Clue, Viterbit, Talent4jobs, SAP SuccessFactors)
Experiência realizando búsqueda directa (usuario habitual Linkedin y RRSS) tanto para perfiles middle como comerciales como junior además de los perfiles de Headhunting.
Formación

Grado en Psicología, Recursos Humanos o similar
