.Tenity is an independent global innovation ecosystem and early-stage investor with offices in Zurich, Singapore, Madrid, Istanbul and Tallinn.Tenity is now entering a new growth phase - do you want to contribute to building a globally leading fintech innovation ecosystem and an early-stage investor by taking ownership and making a difference within the organization?Key Task & Responsibilities Consolidate and prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial statementsLead and oversee local accounting and payroll service providers across 7 international locationsDevelop insightful budget and forecast variance reportsConduct detailed profit and cost analysesContribute to the ongoing budget and forecast processEnsure compliance with all financial regulations in accounting activitiesIdentify and recommend cost-saving opportunitiesOversee local annual audits to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare and file local tax reports efficientlyAct as a backup for local bookkeepingServe as a key support to the VP Finance (CFO), acting as a deputy when neededYour Profile You are able to be calm under pressure and are capable of adapting to always changing environmentsYour are precise and detail oriented, but you are also able to see the big pictureYou have at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Financial ManagementYou have at least 3 years experience as a Financial Controller or similar rolesStrong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and procedures (plus)Experience with creating financial statementsExperience with accounting software (Odoo, Quickbooks), database and visualizing tools (AirTable and PowerBI - plus)Fluent in English and GermanWhat we value Goal-oriented individual displaying a high level of tenacity and drive for excellence.Self-starter willing to take on responsibilities that improve operational efficiency and deliverable quality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with founders and external stakeholders.Entrepreneurial empathy and respect for early stage startup founders.Ability to grasp and filter new ideas quickly and must have demonstrated great interest in the latest technology trends.Ability to manage multiple projects and execute processes while working with diverse and/or remote stakeholders.What we offer A shared vision: We are a community-driven movement that believes the future of finance is shaped through collaboration.
