You will sustain the company reaching its sales objectives by sizing and delivering RTW and Shoes in the markets.The main mission of the Distribution Planner is to ensure the perfect allocation of seasonal and permanent RTW and Shoes, in order to meet store and region needs.Job ResponsabilitiesYour role will be:In close collaboration with Merchandising, guarantee effective and timely collection launches in store and constantly monitor product availability both in central and in marketManage daily distribution of seasonal and carry over products, securing allocation priorities based on the latest market needs, and including fair share replenishment in case of shortageEnsure rightsized stock coverage at central and in the regions, monitor worldwide stock levels and propose adjustments, including rebalancing between stores/countries/regionsDefine the best shipping flows and frequencies to improve region/store service level, and support the optimization of shipping and transportation total lead timesAnticipate variations of retail demand (store openings, sales peaks, warehouse closures, etc.)Support ad hoc shipping requests to support press, shootings, etc.Provide visibility to central and regional counterparts of central product availabilities, incoming shipments and future product allocationsProfileWhat is important for the role:5+ years working experience in distribution planning with good knowledge of replenishment models in the fashion industryUnderstanding and mastery of the main KPIs in inventory management: Target Stock, Stock Coverage and Fair ShareStrong analytical skills and attention to detail with high level of accuracyExcellent proficiency in Excel, and Power BI, knowledge of distribution tools would be a plusProactive, solid interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective in working in team across geographyFluent in English and French, Spanish would be a plusAdditional InformationAbout us:Created in Spain in 1846, LOEWE approaches over 175 years as one of the world's major luxury houses.
