Company DescriptionTalan is an international advisory group on innovation and transformation through technology, with 5000 employees, and a turnover of 600M€.We offer our customers a continuum of services to support you at each key stage of your organization's transformation, with 4 main activities:CONSULTING in management and innovation : supporting business, managerial, cultural, and technological transformations.DATA & TECHNOLOGY to implement major transformation projects.CLOUD & APPLICATION SERVICES to build or integrate software solutions.SERVICE CENTERS of EXCELLENCE to support the latter through technology, innovation, agility, sustainability of skills and cost optimization.Talan accelerates it's clients' transformation through innovation and technology.By understanding their challenges, with our support, innovation, technology and data, we enable them to be more efficient and resilient.We believe that only a human oriented-practice of technology will make the new digital age an era of progress for all.Together let's commitJob DescriptionWhat will you be doing?We are looking for a Wintel System Administrator, to help our client in different fronts: Infrastructure management within our client's teams Monitoring of KPI/KRI indicators and establishment of remediation plans: or vulnerabilities or obsolescence software life cycles managed by the systems team or bastioned Preparation and execution of plans resulting from audits carried out on the infrastructure.Infrastructure migrations/renewals (on-prem-private cloud, private cloud-public cloud) Lead transformation projects onprem-cloud support teams Relationship with the product owners to establish scope and priorities within the different production towers.Technical reference for products on the Wintel platform Lead projects derived from the plans established QualificationsWhat are we looking for?Extensive experience in Wintel platform (Windows Server, VMWARE, Active Directory, GPOs) Experience in public Cloud infrastructure (AWS, AZURE) Experience in infrastructure migrations to public cloud.Knowledge in DevOps environments (powershell, powercli, ansible, terraform, jenkins...), IaC, process automation.Experience in developing work by objectives.Extensive experience in hardware administration of servers and networks on the Wintel platform.Experience in Wintel infrastructure patching tools (WSUS, VMWare Update Manager, SCCM) Extensive experience in Licensing of Microsoft and VMWare products.Extensive experience in the IaC deployment of new servers on the different managed platforms.Continuous improvement in processes reducing delivery times.Spoken and written English (B2-C1) Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?Full-time contractSmart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home.Training and career development Benefits and perks such as private medical insurance, life insurance, lunch and travel cards as part of the flexible remuneration package Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects Hibrid position based in Málaga, Spain.Realocation is mandatoryPossibility to manage work-permits.If you are passionate about development & tech, we want to meet you
