Nuestro equipo El área de hematología (integrada dentro del equipo Oncología&Hematología), tiene como prioridad el desarrollo de Isatuximab en mieloma múltiple con varias indicaciones ya aprobadas y nuevas indicaciones en un futuro próximo.
Actualmente somos un equipo formado por un medical Advisor y 4 MSLs, con esta nueva posición serán 5 MSL's, liderados por un medical lead.

Principales responsabilidades
DESARROLLAR EL PLAN CLÍNICO LOCAL : Detección de oportunidades de desarrollo clínico de Isatuximab y generación de conocimiento con relación al área terapéutica de hematología (mieloma múltiple).Evaluación de los proyectos propuestos bajo responsabilidad del área médica en su territorio.Seguimiento de la implementación de los proyectos en la zona.FORMACIÓN CONTINUADA EN LA ZONA : Actualización de conocimientos a la red de ventas sobre los productos de hematología.Recogida de medical insights en su zona e incorporarlo en la medida de lo posible en los planes de comunicación médica y reforzar el plan de publicación del área o en el contenido científico en materiales.Proporcionar información-formación científica a KOLs y HCPs. Respuesta a consultas terapéuticas en coordinación con la Gerencia Médica y Medical Advisor.REUNIONES Y PRESENTACIONES LOCALES : Responsable científico, asegurándose del conocimiento por parte de los ponentes de los mensajes y evidencia científica actualizada.Planificación y desarrollo de las mismas con los equipos de ventas.Participación activa en reuniones de la zona, en coordinación con ventas y Market Access.COMUNICACIÓN : Actualización periódica a ventas y acceso de los estudios y demás planes en la zona.Apoyar las iniciativas de clientes sobre publicaciones, presentaciones a congresos alineadas con las estrategias del producto o patología.Asistencia a congresos y reuniones que se determinen, transmitiendo posteriormente la información más relevante.Participar activamente en la elaboración de las presentaciones de Educación Médica en coordinación con el equipo Médico-Marketing del producto y como ponente en las sesiones a realizar en la región.RELACION CON KOLs / DECISORES REGIONALES : Contacto, construcción y mantenimiento de una red de líderes locales que puedan actuar como influenciadores / defensores de los productos de la Compañía.Implementar un plan sistemático de aproximación, para presentar productos y nuevas evidencias basadas en estudios a decisores e influenciadores presentes en los respectivos ámbitos territoriales de responsabilidad.Comunicación / Información médica de los productos a los Organismos Técnicos de las Comunidades Autónomas / Hospitales, conjuntamente con el Market Access y la Gerencia Médica / Medical Advisor.COORDINACIÓN : Compartir actividades con el resto de MSLs.Evaluar actividades de éxito y la viabilidad de implementación de las mismas en otras zonas / regiones por parte del resto de MSLs.Comunicación bidireccional con los equipos transversales en su territorio.Acerca de ti
Experiencia Previa mínima de 3-5 años en la posición de MSL.Se valorará experiencia en el área de hematología / oncología y experiencia en el lanzamiento de productos en el ámbito hospitalario.Soft skills Espíritu emprendedor y positivo.Proactividad e iniciativa.Capacidad de construir relaciones de confianza y duraderas y de influencia en interlocutores internos y externos clave.Comunicación eficaz ante perfiles diversos.Capacidad de análisis y síntesis.Clara orientación a resultados, organización y planificación.Apoyo del cambio cultural de play to win. Simplificación.Perfil tecnológico y / o digital : que le permita trabajar sin dificultad utilizando las herramientas que pone a disposición la Compañía para el ejercicio de sus funciones, análisis y seguimiento de los resultados.
Sugerir de forma proactiva opciones para impulsar la innovación en su territorio.
Estudios : Estudios universitarios en ciencias de la salud.
Idiomas : Buen nivel de comprensión y expresión oral y escrita de inglés.
