Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage the team of recruiters and onboarding associates, providing direction and support to achieve recruitment goals and objectives. - Ensure the team meets monthly targets and delivery timelines by closely monitoring performance metrics and implementing necessary measures for improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with both US and PH stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective hiring solutions across the organization. - Provide close oversight to onboarding and admin related functions and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws. - Drive transformation necessary for recruitment systems and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date collection data which is crucial for reporting and analytics. - Provide additional mentorship, guidance, and share best practices to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. - Manage vendors providing various services such as staffing and social media management. - Uphold a strong work ethic and integrity in all aspects of recruitment operations. Requirements: - 8 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure in healthcare or highvolume recruitment in the PH market. - At least 4 years of experience in managing a recruitment team, demonstrating a strategic mindset and exceptional leadership skills. - Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships. - In-depth knowledge of recruiting metrics and related analytics. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Computer savvy with proficiency in recruitment software, online applications, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong work ethic and integrity, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
