Responsibilities Of The Role Provide exceptional service in the pool area, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.Take drink and snack orders accurately, transmitting them to the bar and kitchen.Advise guests on the drink and snack menu, offering personalized recommendations.Serve drinks and snacks according to OKU standards, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.Attend to guests' needs in the pool area, refilling drinks, offering towels, and providing additional assistance.Maintain the pool area clean and organized, preparing sun loungers and umbrellas for guests.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.Operate the point-of-sale system and process guest payments.Candidate Requirements Passion for hospitality and customer service, representing the OKU philosophy in your professional environment.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pool Waiter in high-end establishments, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES Excellent organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.Technical Skills And Knowledge Knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.Experience in service techniques and etiquette protocols in the pool area.Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in food and beverage handling.
