Our client is a consultancy and solution provider that enables digital transformation.
They specialize in business intelligence, workflow automation, and bespoke application development.
They have an exciting opportunity for a talented Python & SQL Developer.
The role is being offered hybrid (partly remote and partly office based in Budapest).
We are looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and has a genuine interest in process automation and application development.
Requirements First and foremost we are looking for an ambitious problem solver with a demonstrable hunger and passion for software and data engineering with an eagerness to learn.
Excellent written and spoken English Possess a Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or similar (or proven relevant experience) 3+ years proven experience with SQL and Python application development Python Django development experience Self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to process and analyse complex datasets.
SQL experience (ideally hold a Microsoft Certification) Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) experience or other low-code/no-code platforms an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory) Knowledge and experience with Robotic Process Automation platforms desirable Experience with Git, Jira/Linear * This would be a B2B agreement, starting fully remote and then transitioning to hybrid from Budapest (1-2 days per week in the office) after approximately 6 months once the company establish its operations fully in Budapest.
Responsibilities Working as part of a team designing and implementing solutions and automating processes across a variety of systems in different industries.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to enhance, develop and support smart workflows (Invoice-Flo, Bank-Flo, Order-Flo), robotic process automation solutions, design and implement automation scripts, and build and maintain data pipelines.
At times, engage with customers to clearly understand their needs and focus on the design and development of automated solutions.
Keep up to date on developments in relation to our technology stack.
