Nuestro Hub Internacional de Operaciones Middle Office, situado en Barcelona, ofrece sus servicios a nivel internacional a uno de los países top-tier de Europa perteneciente a la división de Private Bank del Grupo Deutsche Bank.Como Middle Office Analyst, ayudarás a asegurar un flujo adecuado de las operaciones entre los equipos de Front y Back Office, así como otros equipos de Soporte. Nuestro equipo de especialistas se encarga de asegurar que las operaciones quedan procesadas dentro de los deadlines establecidos, para un correcto cumplimiento de los estándares regulatorios y operativos. Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con diversos equipos a nivel local y global.Se espera un uso habitual de tus habilidades técnicas, de comunicación y de presentación, vitales para el cumplimiento de las metas de Negocio.ResponsabilidadesManejo de actividades de post-trade (eventos corporativos, monitorización de precios, reconciliación de cuentas, entre otros procesos), así como también actividades relacionadas con el cumplimiento regulatorio del banco.Gestión de pagos, controlando entradas y salidas de fondos.Control end-to-end del ciclo de vida de transacciones financieras (Renta Fija, Renta Variable, Fondos, Derivados).Optimización y mejora de eficiencia operativa usando herramientas de gestión.Escalado de incidencias operativas.Tus cualificaciones y experienciaSe valorará un conocimiento detallado del funcionamiento de mercados financieros y custodia global, gestión de pagos, liquidación de operaciones financieras, ciclo de vida de las operaciones y Reporting diario de transacciones.Buenas habilidades para el análisis y la resolución de problemas, así como buena capacidad comunicativa verbal y escrita.Experiencia en puestos similares de Middle o Back Office dentro del sector bancario será muy valorado.Buen manejo de Microsoft Office.Imprescindible buen dominio del inglés escrito y hablado (nivel equivalente a C1 o superior).
