THE ROLE The Operations Intern will assist in coordinating the daily operations of Alohas' transportation and warehousing (both inbound and outbound).
The intern will support multiple projects aimed at improving logistics processes and operational efficiency.
YOUR CHALLENGE Assist in coordinating day-to-day transportation and warehousing activities.
Support logistics-related projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Support the import and export activities, ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws.
Assist in defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in report on operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help solve bottlenecks in the network.
Analyze data from different sources to develop logistics operations KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Foster open communication and collaboration with peers to positively impact the organization's results.
Advance in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical skills to manage and interpret data.
