We are looking to hire two people who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Instrumentation and Control training materials using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and in accordance with Westinghouse, INPO, and nuclear industry standards and best practices.Personnel in this position will be expected to qualify as an AP1000 Instrumentation Control (IC) Classroom and Hands-on Training Instructor, as well as develop, modify, and review lesson plans to ensure information is accurate and up to date.During this time, it will be expected that they perform Instructional Duties as assigned under the supervision of a qualified instructor until qualified to perform the task independently.Location: MadridTask List:Conduct Needs AnalysisDetermine Trainees Entry Level Skills and Knowledge levelsConduct a Job AnalysisConduct Task AnalysisDetermine Training SettingAnalyze / Verify A Task For Knowledge and Performance Requirements (Comprehensive Method)Determine Skills and Knowledge needed to perform tasksDetermine Instructional MethodsConduct an impact analysisDevelop Learning Activities and ObjectivesDevelop Classroom and Laboratory Lesson PlansDevelop / Use Training AidsMaintain training program material in the training program databaseMaintain Training RecordsMaintain Training Materials CurrentIncorporate Operating Experience (OE) into training materialMaintain appropriate security of examination materialGrade and proctor a written examinationCoordinate production of training material student handoutsPerform a peer review of training materialConstruct Examinations And Answer KeysDevelop On-The-Job Training and Evaluation MaterialsMinimum Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science / EngineeringWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and use of database programs.Preferably 2 years IC instructional related experienceAbility to travel internationally up to 25% of the time to remote locations.Working knowledge of the associated Training procedures, INPO documents, NRC regulations, and Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) systems would be appreciated.Preferred Certifications: Instructional learning certification and Instrumentation and Control Technician with 3 years nuclear experienceAbility to work occasional long hours, rotating shifts, and weekends.Ability to successfully obtain and maintain unescorted access at a Nuclear Power Plant.Good organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, and strong presentation/facilitation skillsLanguage: English #J-18808-Ljbffr
