Beyond olive oil, Deoleo products include premium vinegars and the finest table olives available.What are we looking for?We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join ourFinanceDepartmentasJunior Business Controller, Located at our headquarters in MadridMISSION:Support the Manager Controller in the financial controlling of the Business Unit, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy in reporting and processes; improve and automatize current reporting tools.KEY FUNCTIONS:Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting (P&L)Identification of efficiency opportunities Optimize and automatize current reporting filesGeneration of management and performance reports for the local unit to explain potential deviationsSupport to various activities in the financial/controlling managementEXPERIENCE & COMPETENCES:Degree in Economics and Finance, ideally with the focus on Controlling/Accounting Minimum 2-3 years experience in a financial roleExcellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environmentAnalytical skills and hands-on approach to tasks and initiativesVery good Excel skillsKnowledge of SAP, BI/BW, and BPC, and relevant controlling instruments and methods are a plusProactive, flexible and solution-oriented approachPassion to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignmentsFluency in Spanish and English is a must (French and/or German will be a plus)Our DEOLEO "Live Green" benefits will include:DEOLEO Welcome basket, with some of our key products & brands (Carbonell, Koipe, Hojiblanca) DEOLEO Live Green digital tour with specific focus on bring life our end-to-end processes (from harvest to bottle) Fruit in the officeDEOLEO Employee platformdiscounts with lots of offers to get discount in hotels, supermarkets, car insurance, etc… Access to ourDeoleo Learning Academywhere you can experience the power of inspirational online assessments and courses.
