At Abbott, you can make a positive impact on the world in a challenging job with added value.You are part of a highly successful and widely respected organization that shapes the future of healthcare.Realize your potential and join us asGlobal Senior Compliance Auditor NutritionThe Compliance Auditors team, which is part of Abbott Nutrition's Global Quality and Compliance team, handles training and qualification for site auditors.They also conduct audits at suppliers, manufacturing sites, and affiliates.The team is divided across the regions, this role has a predominantly focus on the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.As part of the Global Compliance Auditors team, your responsibilities include:Defining the strategic auditing direction for manufacturing sites, suppliers, and affiliates.Cultivating an "Always Audit Ready" culture through stakeholder engagement.Providing training to site auditors to enhance the value of each audit and supporting auditor certification.Executing the global audit program for suppliers, manufacturing sites, and affiliates to assess compliance and identify risks.Alerting management about quality and compliance risks, ensuring necessary actions are taken.Providing direction, support, leadership, and management of compliance to applicable Regulations, International Standards/Directives, and Abbott Policies as they relate to quality management, audits, manufacturing, manufacturing support and CAPA management.Serving as the subject matter expert on division policies and auditing procedures.Minimum Education/Professional Experience:Education:A bachelor's degree in health, biomedical, food technology, life science, engineering, or business.A master's degree is preferred.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in Quality, Research and Development (R&D), Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in an auditing role.Preferred Qualifications:Expert Knowledge:Proficiency in quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and food safety certification programs (e.g., SQF, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000).Regulatory Standards and Practices:Familiarity with applicable regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements for manufacturing conventional foods, infant formulas, medical foods, and foods for special medical purposes (FSMP).Problem Solving:Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Supply Management:A comprehensive understanding of integrated processes and technologies related to supply management.Our offerA working environment in which you work together with colleagues from different backgrounds.We encourage personal and career growth, while you strive for success and have fun with your team.In addition, we offer, among other things:A varied, challenging, and Global position in a dynamic and pleasant working environment.Excellent employment conditions.A personal growth plan, extensive training opportunities and career prospects.Participation in various networks within Abbott.The ability to buy Abbott shares at a discount.About the DivisionOur nutrition business develops science-based nutritional products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active and support the unique nutritional needs of people with chronic illness.Millions of people around the world count on our products to help them live their healthiest lives.About AbbottAbbott is a global health player, committed to more than just helping people live longer and better lives.Abbott employs approximately 113,000 employees in 160 countries worldwide on a diverse portfolio of diagnostics, medical devices, nutrition, and pharmaceuticals.How do you apply?What are the next steps after the application?The recruiter will contact you.If it appears that your profile fits the position, the job interviews will be scheduled.Part of our selection procedure is checking references and submitting a Certificate of Good Conduct.An assessment can be part of the application process.We are looking forward to your response
